The youngest brother of the great and legendary Malkon Al'lon of Bahn-Rah and the former best friend of Malkon's apprentice Isaac Riley; Uliye-David Al'lonis a man of many talents and many sorrows. For Uliye, he was very ambitious and talented. Rising through the ranks of the Covenatrian military for the past six years gaining medals of heroism and courage unmatched by few others. He was an honors student in college; and a high-honors at the Gespin Military Academy. One of the prestigious academies on the Covenanted States' home world of Costellon. But Uliye, being successful and noticed had its falls. He succumbed to depression and suicidal thoughts, taking drugs similar to coccaine called Cinnamon for their smell and look. He tried to take his life three times - by knife point and hanging - but failed. Only to overcome those odds with Isaac's help to lead the demcracy in battle. At Isaac's death, and the rejection of leadership by the inept foreign legion officer Hector Jerome, Uliye proclaimed himself ruler of the country with Jaquelin Mass as his apprentice - then the runnerup. His hopes for running the Covenanted States during and after the elections of July 2374/5773 will be widely noted. He hopes to end the war with Atlantis, and strengthen the government and the now fallen economy in the tough start that peace would provide.
